Custom Orders

For custom-made charm products, cancellations are not allowed once production has begun. Please double-check all details before confirming your custom order to avoid any issues.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
